Ibex History

Ibex Tech Corp was established in 2002 by Eduardo K. Perez and specializes in technology focused solutions for commercial and multi-family residential projects. Ibex Tech provides engineering, electrical, fire alarm, audio/visual, access control, security, automation-integration sales, installation, programming, maintenance and monitoring services. Under Mr. Perez’s leadership, Ibex Tech quickly became a leading contractor in South Florida, completing over 3,000 new single and multi-family residences from 2002 to 2012. Mr. Pérez has continued to innovate and expand Ibex Tech’s service offerings by incorporating new solutions in the emerging field of smart building technologies, as well as investing in advanced project management, financial accounting and business productivity tools to support and enable profitable growth.

Our client list consists of leading South Florida organizations including The Related Group, Century Homebuilders, Calder Casino and Race Course, University of Miami, Churchill Downs Inc, COFE Funds, Jackson Memorial Hospital, Florida International University, Nikki Beach Club and many more.
